We assist clients to identify sustainability objectives and provide support for compliance with extended producer responsibility (EPR) and other associated programs, including truth-in-labeling laws, post consumer recycling (PCR) requirements, and extended polystyrene (EPS) bans, and chemical additives in packaging. Preparing Producer and Packaging Evaluation reports for numerous companies in various industry sectors, including manufacturer of consumer packaged goods (e.g., food and beverage, skin care, dietary supplements, confectionary), agribusiness, packaging, and retail.

Assisting a bioplastics company identify potential sustainability initiatives consistent with the company's marketing objectives and customer demands

Identifying chemical additives that are prohibited from inclusion in packaging for a packaging company

Providing corporate training for a food and beverage company on EPR programs and extended polystyrene (EPS) restrictions

Identifying state and local laws that restrict or limit use of EPS in food service trays for a national food and beverage company

Advising a national confectionary company about whether certain of its shipping materials would be considered single use packaging under state EPR programs.

Implementing a program to monitor new sustainability initiatives related to packaging on a nation-wide basis for an international food and beverage company.
