Eoghan is an expert on regulatory, sustainability, and product-compliance matters with decades of experience with senior regulatory roles at multi-national companies, including Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret Beauty, and Interparfums, Inc.

Eoghan has built and led global compliance programs, including sustainability initiatives and engagement with emerging chemical and environmental standards. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Independent Beauty Association and its Government Affairs and Public Relations Committee.

As global compliance officer for a multi-national company, he engaged

EPR Group to support development of the company's EPR program.  Eoghan subsequently founded Gallagher Beauty Compliance Strategies, and the Law Offices of Eoghan Gallagher. Eoghan advises EPR Group

on the challenges and opportunities companies face implementing EPR programs from an in-house perspective and as a former client.
